See Wyoming's video page
Wyoming is homozygous for curls.
Homozygous means that he has inherited the curly gene from both parents.
Wyoming was at 12 March 2006 inspected and approved for breeding at the
Norwegian Stallion Inspection,
and has been through a thorough veterinary examination (including flex tests of all legs), and was
given 10 points by the veterinarian
Earlier he has been at young stock inspection twice. Both times he got a quality award,
gift prize and invited to Best-In-Show competition. Both times there were only five horses
remaining in the Best-In-Show ring when the judges thanked him off. In 2004 this was out of 60
horses of all breeds, age one to three year old. In 2005 it was out of 100 horses of all breeds,
both mares with performance records and young stock.
Wyoming's best scores from the various inspections are:
Type: 9, Body: 9, Legs: 7, Movements: 8, Overall impression: 8.
Free moving: walk 8, trot 8, canter 8. Temperament: 9.
Vet.exam: 10. In Work test (ground driving): 7.

Wyoming is our most tightly curled horse, he is a true micro curl, and is curly both winter and summer,
and has a good mane and tail.
He is a sorrel sabino with light roaning and flashy
leg and face markings. He is a sport type in building and movements.
Wyoming has a pedigree
that is highly interesting, just listen here:
Wyoming is a son of
Cherokee's Black Hawk, and Black Hawk is the ONLY inspected
and approved son of Shenandoah Cherokee (first Curly in Europe, now retired from breeding).
Shenandoah Cherokee comes from the rare
Fredell blood line mixed with Curly mustang from the wild. Then from
Apache's Ebony Girl
(highest awarded Curly mare in Europe) comes the blood from famous
Peacock D (picture showing Marni riding him after the Rose Bowl Parade, when Peacock was 26 years old!) and from the full sister of Prince Charming T comes the Curly Jim line, into Cherokee's Black Hawk.
Shenandoah Cherokee and Apache's Ebony Girl have nine good quality daughters,
several approved with high
scores and only one son, Cherokee's Black Hawk.
Wyoming is a son of my best mare
Walker's Queen B, who is purely from the Curly Jim line, and who always throws well
conformed and balanced offspring (her first offspring is an approved breeding stallion in Sweden,
*Missouri Dream
the second, a lovely filly was also exported to Sweden,
*Indiana Dream,
both for NOK 50,000 excl. tax as weanling/yearling),
and finally her filly Nevada Dream was been exported to Germany last year.
Wyoming is raised in a herd with other colts and pregnant mares.
Now after gelding he is in a herd (total of nine horses) with both pregnant and open mares,
foals and the dominant gelding (his father), who is the boss :-)
Wyoming is for sale, preferably to a home that will train him in riding and driving and show him
off at exhibitions and shows.
Wyoming is trained to drive and is currently driving with a sleigh.
He is very stable and not the least afraid of the sleigh.
He has an active walk and trot will make a great carriage horse as well as riding horse.
Now we have just started saddle training, and he has had a light weight rider on his back
for a few minutes.
Price: NOK 65,000. In addition comes the VAT % you have in your country. For export to EU
